Warranty

The warranty for Vogart products is subject to the Legal Guarantees Act, regulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (articles 114 to 127), and which repeals the previous Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

Generally speaking, our product warranty covers eventual manufacturing defects, but excludes misuse or improper use of the products. Likewise, wear and tear from use is not covered by the warranty, such as wheels, handles, mechanisms, fasteners, etc. However, our after-sales department will provide a solution to repair the suitcase.

The warranty can be claimed in all countries where we sell our products, either through a distributor or by contacting us directly. The warranty is only valid upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Our products are tested according to international standards, which, depending on each type and quality of their materials, assign maximum values for weight, rolling, zipper use, etc. Therefore, depending on the characteristics of each of our collections, the product's performance may vary and, consequently, its uses may be adjusted according to customer demand.

With the new Warranty Law, regulated in Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, the maximum period of the warranty against manufacturing defects is set at 3 years.

We advise you that every time you travel and collect your suitcase, you should carefully check that it has no damage. If it does, you should file a written complaint or claim at the counter of your airline, shipping company, bus company, etc., so that there is a record of the incident and they can take responsibility by reaching an agreement with you.
