The following shipping conditions are of application for sending in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands). For other destinations, please contact us using this form.

 

Shipping conditions

Orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday (working days), will be dispatched the same day. If placed after this time or at the weekend, they will be dispatched on the next working day. Shipping is free for orders over €45.00.

 

Delivery time

The standard delivery period is 48/72 hours (2 or 3 days), Monday to Friday (working days). This period begins from the moment your order status is updated to "shipped", not from the time of purchase.

If during the purchase process you specify a preferred delivery time, we cannot guarantee that it will be met. It will nonetheless be communicated to the carrier.

The delivery period may vary due to circumstances beyond Vogart Bags's control, such as logistical issues on the part of the carrier. If this is your case, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can expedite the delivery.

Before completing your purchase, it is important to ensure that the information you provide is correct and complete; otherwise it will be impossible for us to meet the delivery deadline.

 

Where and how delivery is made

Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Once your order is marked as "shipped", you will receive an email with the carrier's information, including the tracking number for your order.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will contact you to arrange another delivery date. If after a further delivery attempt you are still unavailable, the parcel will be held at the destination office for a period of 15 days. After that time, it will be returned to our warehouse.
